We provide translation services into 24 European languages and 3 Asian languages. We also undertake sworn translations. All services are performed by persons possessing the appropriate linguistic and professional competence.
The majority of texts translated are written translations. Among them, we can distinguish several basic types, i.e:
The translation of technical texts requires not only fluency in the language into which the translation is being made, but also the appropriate qualifications, specialised education, knowledge of technology and understanding of the text to be translated. The translator’s experience is also of considerable importance. Each field of technical translation requires the use of specific terminology, specific to a particular industry. Technical translation includes the translation of texts from the fields of power engineering, mechanics, telecommunications, construction, chemistry, automotive, industrial automation, IT or agriculture, among others.
As far as the translation of technical texts is concerned, we always follow an established order processing scheme. Documents of a technical nature are translated by experienced and repeatedly checked by us specialist translators. The translation is then thoroughly checked for stylistic, spelling and punctuation correctness by a permanent team of language verifiers. In the process of translating technical texts, we use translation assistance tools (CAT). As a result, we build customer-specific databases: we ensure terminological consistency across all translated documents and offer attractive discounts as our dictionary resources grow.
Our experience in translating documents of a legal nature is exceptionally extensive. The language of legal translations requires a high degree of formalisation and precision of meaning. These documents are distinguished by multi-level syntax and specialised terminology. On an almost daily basis, we undertake the translation of documents such as: commercial, loan, purchase and sale agreements, resolutions, orders, decisions, authorisations, powers of attorney, tender documents, acts of incorporation, bank guarantees, extracts from the commercial register, notarial deeds and insurance documents.
Our subject matter expertise, professional team of translators and modern tools supporting the translation process allow us to complete large projects in a short time while maintaining the highest quality standards. As this is an extremely demanding type of translation, its implementation should not be entrusted to inexperienced subcontractors, as this may result in enormous legal consequences. We always ensure the confidentiality of the translated documents.
This type of translation refers to non-technical texts and requires our staff to have the appropriate linguistic competence. In the translation process, it is necessary to take into account the social context, cultural and historical aspects relating to the country in which the original text was produced, as well as the country of the target language. Specialist texts include, for example, website content or marketing texts presented in folders, brochures or advertising leaflets.
Sworn translations are specific in that they are carried out by a person entered on the list of sworn translators of the Ministry of Justice. A seal is used to certify documents, which includes the name and surname and an indication of the language for which the person is qualified. The sworn translator is obliged to translate all elements of the document, including official stamps, signatures, annotations, explanatory notes and additional markings.
These are most often documents of an official or legal nature, such as powers of attorney, notarial deeds, bank guarantees, confirmations of registration in the register of economic activity, invoices, which the client needs to present in court or at a public administration body. The translated documents are forwarded to the client by a trusted courier service.
